Fleetcrashes!

Arrakis got fleetsrashed, AGAIN! %$^^#@&#&$ it is the 4th time it has been crashed and all times i have lost more that 200K Deut! the only problem is that the crasher is a very high ranking player who is in Babylon 5 so ther is no way i am getting it back Evil or Very Mad

I know how you feel. My daily farmers are members of PA, PAA, PAW and PATW, (PA Alliance loves me) TTC, and OFF. All ranked 100 or above. I'm just lucky it's on colonies with 6 large cargoes and not when my fleet is sitting at home. Rebuilding takes about an hour. I don't use solar sats as a crutch anymore, either. I just lower mine production to keep homefleet size down. The most sats I have on any one planet is 45. Given the mining level and size thats darn good.

Hey, at least you didn't get your whole fleet crashed! That's what happened to me the first (and only) time I ever got crashed and I lost half my points!

But seriously, you need to keep a seriously appropriate amount of heavy weaponry at anyplace you're storing res or keeping some cargoes, depending on how hard you think you could be hit.

I don't store. I move res around for needed building on colonies or research at home and I time it carefully. What's left is sent out for the night. I decide what to do with that when it returns. Big numbers attract fleets.

God yeah...I didn't have time to res and fleetsave this morning and virtually my whole fleet got crashed! That's 18 large cargoes, 46 battleships, 5 recyclers, 51 espionage probes, 30 solar sats and 25 battlecruisers!

And I got fleetcrashed by morgoth, the number one ranked player in points! Freaking ****, how bad does it get?!

Therefore, I'm kinda out of the ACS attack...

This idiot sent 926 battleships to my homeplanet and got powned because he'd used 17 IPMs to destroy my defenses and ended up getting the resources that I gained in the few minutes after I fleet/ressaved...685 metal, 338 crystal, and 178 deuterium....this person sucks; he didn't even get the debris field of 40k crystal from my solar sats...sad, sad person....all this for a net gain of -212.500 metal -42.500 crystal and -170.000 deuterium for the attacker...froob

Turn mines to 0% prior to fleetsave/ressave and give them less than nothing. I've shrugged off Lonestar (PA), Panzer V (TTC), tiger c (TT), and asterix44 (still "checks in" time to time but minimal now). All by giving them all of 30 metal, 20 crystal and 10 duet give or take per raid I catch. Not to mention some defenses I've built up.

Yeah. That wasn't advisable. If messaging prior to the attack didn't result in a recall. Let them learn for themselves that you aren't an easy target. Then don't rub it in after the fact.

Am I needed to step in a try and quell the hostilities before they erupt into something we're not prepared for? We could always get sawsaw to do it. Razz

Nah, he's stopped msging and hasn't attacked yet...I'll just have to be extra careful with my fleet/ressaving

Edit: Thank God...he didn't attack me last night when I fell asleep and forgot to fleet/ressave....I think he doesn't care anymore

Too late, didn't realise I was leaving home so soon for family stuff and got fleetcrashed by said person...

Oh well, still have plenty of other points....but still...
